Privacy Policy

Account information: name, email, phone number, company/store name, tax code and invoicing address (when you request an invoice), and your password (stored as a one-way hash).

Data from platforms you connect: when you authorise us, we receive the data needed for the features you enable — store, product, price, stock, order and payment reconciliation data from Shopee/TikTok Shop; livestream session information and viewing metrics; your Facebook Page and messages customers send to it; advertising account metrics. Buyers’ names, phone numbers and addresses are processed only to display and fulfil orders for you.

Content you provide: images, videos, voice, scripts and product information; for Packvi, packing videos and tracking numbers; for the accounting software, vouchers, ledgers, HR and payroll data you enter.

Payment data: top-up and plan purchase history and bank transfer details. We do not store bank card numbers.

Technical data: IP address, device type, browser, access and error logs, and the cookies needed to keep you signed in.

Communications: what you send us by email, phone, Zalo, Messenger or consultation forms.

To provide and operate the Services you request: creating and running livestreams, syncing orders, calculating profit, recording and storing packing videos, bookkeeping and replying to messages.

To authenticate accounts, keep the Services secure and detect or prevent fraud or unauthorised access.

For billing, invoicing and customer support, and to send service notices (plan expiry, incidents, policy changes) by email, Zalo, Telegram or in the software.

To improve our products using aggregated statistics. We do not use your store’s own data to serve other customers.

To comply with accounting, tax and other legal obligations and lawful requests from competent authorities.

We process data based on your consent when you register, connect a platform or submit information; to perform the service contract between you and QORAI; and to meet legal obligations. You may withdraw consent at any time as described in Section 8.

We request only the permissions needed for the features you use, and we use the data received only to provide those features to you. We do not sell this data, use it for targeted advertising or transfer it to third parties except as described in Section 5.

When you sign in with Google or Facebook, we receive only your identifier, name, email and public profile picture; we do not access your contacts, posts or private messages.

You can revoke access at any time by disconnecting in the software or in the app settings of Shopee, TikTok, Facebook or Google. After revocation, we stop syncing new data.

We do NOT sell personal data.

We share data only as needed with: (a) providers of server infrastructure, cloud storage, content delivery and backup; (b) providers of artificial intelligence processing for voice, images, video and text; (c) banks and payment providers; (d) email and notification services. These providers may process data only on QORAI’s instructions and are bound by confidentiality.

Data is sent to the platforms you connect when you instruct an action there (for example listing a product, running a livestream or replying to a message).

We disclose data to authorities when lawfully required, or when necessary to protect the rights, property and safety of users and QORAI.

Data is stored on servers in Vietnam and in data centres of cloud service providers, which may be located abroad. When data is transferred abroad, we apply the safeguards and procedures required by Vietnamese law.

Account data is kept for as long as you use the Services. Some data has product-specific retention (for example Packvi keeps packing videos for 15–60 days depending on the plan, and videos under dispute until the dispute ends). Accounting records and invoices are kept for the periods required by accounting and tax law.

When you delete your account, we delete or anonymise your personal data within 30 days, except data we must retain by law. Backups are removed on the normal backup cycle.

Connections between you and the Services are encrypted (HTTPS). Passwords are stored as one-way hashes; access tokens to your stores and pages are encrypted at rest.

Internal access to data is limited to staff who need it for their work; data is backed up regularly.

No system is perfectly secure. If a data breach occurs, we will notify the competent authority and affected users as required by law and take immediate remedial action.

Under Vietnamese law, you have the right to: be informed about the processing; give or withdraw consent; access, view and correct your data; obtain a copy of your data; request deletion or restriction of processing; object to processing; and lodge complaints and claim compensation as provided by law.

Most account information can be edited in the software. For other requests, email support@qorai.vn from your registered email; we respond within 72 hours and complete the request within the time required by law.

Step 1: Disconnect your store/page in the software (Shop or Connections section), or revoke the QORAI app’s access in the settings of Shopee, TikTok, Facebook or Google.

Step 2: Email support@qorai.vn with the subject “Data deletion request”, stating your account email and the product you use.

Step 3: We verify the account owner, confirm by email and delete your data within 30 days, except data we must retain by law.

The website and software use cookies and browser storage to keep you signed in, remember your language and measure traffic in aggregate. The Messenger chat button on the website is only a link that opens Messenger; when you click it and send a message, the conversation takes place on Facebook under Meta’s policy. You can disable cookies in your browser, but some features may then not work.

The Services are intended for businesses and are not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect data from people under 16; if we learn that we have, we will delete it.

We may update this policy. The new version is posted on this page with its update date; material changes are notified by email or in the software before they take effect.
